Do you do offer express/guaranteed delivery?

All orders are posted by first class on the same day if received by 2pm. We cannot guarantee a delivery date but we would hope that most first class post would arrive in a day or two.

Can you write or print a message inside the card?

We cannot print a message inside the card but we are happy to write a short message. Please use the recipients address for delivery and use the gift message box for your message. Your order will be sent by first class post on the same day if received by 2pm.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

We do not offer a guaranteed a delivery date, we use Royal Mail 1st class post. Most first class post would arrive in a day or two but if your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days please use the Contact Us page to get in touch so that we can resolve the problem.

My card has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us by using the Contact Us page, we may ask you for a photograph so that we can understand the cause for the damage. We'll quickly respond and arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us by using the Contact Us page, orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch of goods.
